What to expect?

I strive to ‘demystify’ meditation and follow a ‘no rules’ ethic as there are many different traditions, techniques and forms of meditation.
I encourage everyone to discover what feels right and explore your own unique way. Whether it's sitting or lying down, listening to music or in silence, focusing on an object or your breathing, the bottom line is being able to access your place of peace. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, I offer guidance in finding your place of serenity with meditation.
Every class starts with what to expect during our time together giving you the knowledge you will be guided every step of the way. Discussing the what, how and why of Meditation, its benefits and interpret some well known methods including postures. We then explore several ways of meditating including breathing, movement, visualisation, mindfulness, sound and relaxation.
I wholeheartedly embrace a fun, happy and relaxed environment and aim for all classes to be uplifting and empowering. I am happy to answer any questions and open to sharing experiences.
